Pool

The in-ground pool is located in between the house and shop. It is completely fenced in with 4' iron fencing, safe for children. The pool is considered a "play pool", and comes with a volleyball net. Both the pool and the attached spa can be heated. The pool heater runs on propane.
The house also has a generator, which runs on propane as well.

Workshop

In addition to the attached 2 car garage, there is a large detached workshop. The 3-bay workshop is located on the north side of the house. The shop is approximately 40 feet deep and 32 feet wide. The side with the overhead doors is the side that is 32 feet.
